EDGAR Watch — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the EDGAR Watch mobile application (the "Application") created by Trevor Creel (the "Service Provider") as a freemium service. The Application is provided "as is".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects the following information when you download and use it:

• Your device's IP address
• The screens of the Application that you visit, including times and durations
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• The name and email address you provide for SEC EDGAR User-Agent compliance and for in-app email sharing of filings

The Application does not collect precise location data.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send you important service notices, required communications, and occasional product updates.

Third Party Access

Aggregated, anonymized data may be transmitted to third-party services that help operate and improve the Application. The Application uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google) — used for push notification delivery
• Anthropic — used to generate AI summaries of public SEC filings (no personal data is sent)
• Render — application hosting

The Service Provider may also disclose information:

• To comply with the law (subpoenas, court orders, similar legal process)
• When disclosure is necessary in good faith to protect the Service Provider's rights, your safety, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud
• To trusted service providers acting on the Service Provider's behalf, who have agreed to handle the data consistent with this policy

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it through the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or app store.

Data Retention

The Service Provider retains data you provide for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward. To request deletion of data you have provided, contact the Service Provider at edgarwatchinc@gmail.com and a response will be issued within a reasonable time.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us can contact edgarwatchinc@gmail.com.

Security

The Service Provider applies physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained by the Application.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application is deemed acceptance of any changes.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
